PolyMaker PC-ABS is a set of industrial range filaments that offers engineering grade supplies designed for new 3D printing innovations and creations for a range of industries and uses. These industrial-grade materials also demand distinct tools and expertise. Polymaker PC-ABS is made of both PC and ABS polymer materials which results in giving components increased toughness and heat resistance as well as presenting a high-quality surface finish and good link with metal plating.
Jam-Free™ technology
- Jam-Free™ technology improves the heat stability of Polymaker’s PLA filaments with softening temperatures over 140 °C. As a result, Polymaker’s PLA filaments show minimal softening in the “cold end” and can melt rapidly once entering the heating zone, leading to excellent printing quality with zero risk of nozzle jams.
Notes
- Bed Surface: almost any surface with a thin coat of MAGIGOO PC
- Cooling Fan: OFF
- Drying Settings: 80˚C for 8h
- Advised materials: PolyDissolve™ S2 (coming soon)
- Advised usage: It is strongly advised when printing with Polymaker™ PC-ABS to utilize a heated chamber. It is advised to anneal the printed part right after the printing process to release the residual internal stress when not using a heated chamber. Annealing settings: 90˚C for 2h
