The EnvisionTEC PIC 100 Series
The PIC 100 Series was designed for direct investment casting applications. The material builds with the highest quality and crisp detail. Additionally, this resin offers great burnout properties. Parts printed with the PIC 100 Series are especially suitable for producing precious metal castings, they evaporate at moderate burnout temperatures without reacting with investment and offer very low thermal expansions. The surfaces produced are extremely smooth. The burnout process is ash free, allowing for a casting which is free from porosity. This resin is highly qualified for producing high quality castables in the jewellery market.
