The EnvisionTEC Easy Cast 2.0 C Resin
The Easy Cast 2.0 C resin is a breakthrough material for the high-speed 3D printing of castable models. It's a photopolymer with the highest wax content available in 3D printing today. This resin is exclusively printed on EnvisionTEC's cDLM printers. Because the cDLM technology has almost zero separation forces during printing, it allows for 90% liquid wax content in the formulation. Due to this, patterns printed in Easy Cast 2.0 C feature burnout similar to injection wax.
Special hardeners are added to the material, allowing it to act in a similar way to EnvisionTEC's low and no-wax material, delivering crisp features, sharp corners and defined raised surfaces.
