The Asiga PRO 4K uses the latest 4K DLP imaging technology, which means that it can print highly detailed models without compromising on available printing area, making it an ideal choice for high volume production.
As with all Asiga machines in the MAX and PRO series, the PRO 4K uses an open materials system which allows the use of suitable third-party and industry standard resins.
The Asiga PRO 4K is available in either a 65 micron or 80 micron configuration, with a choice of a 405nm or 385nm (UV) light source.

Asiga PRO 4K For Audiology Labs:
Up to 70 Earshells can be printed within 40 minutes. Offering an approximate annual production rate of 130000 earshells/earmoulds.
